For the appointment of office bearers, the work, dedication, discipline and social service performed for the organization will be taken into consideration.

The appointment of office bearers will be made after appropriate discussion and approval by the concerned organizational committee and authorized office bearers.

Appointment and removal of office bearers at the state, district and city levels will be carried out according to the organizational rules and decisions of the authorized committee.

Appointment letters may be provided to office bearers in accordance with the organization's procedures and decisions.

All office bearers and members are expected to participate in organizational meetings, activities and programs as per the instructions of the authorized office bearers.

If any member or office bearer is unable to attend an important meeting or activity for a valid reason, they should inform the concerned senior office bearer in advance.

Members are expected to follow the organization's rules, maintain discipline and cooperate with other members while carrying out organizational activities.

Any concern or grievance regarding organizational activities should first be brought to the concerned office bearer or authorized committee for appropriate consideration.

Any member found violating applicable laws, organizational rules or standards of conduct may be subject to appropriate disciplinary action, including removal from the organization.

The tenure of office bearers will be governed by the organizational rules and may be renewed or changed based on their work, conduct and organizational requirements.

While preparing banners, posters, stickers or other promotional material for organizational programs, members should follow the approved design, branding and organizational guidelines.

Promotional material for organizational events should be prepared and published only with the approval of the appropriate authorized office bearers.

Meetings and programs of the organization should be conducted in an organized manner and in accordance with applicable laws and organizational guidelines.

The organization aims to encourage social service, cultural awareness, public welfare and constructive participation by members and society.
